ORDERING

Credit CardsWe have three ways to place an order, to meet every customer's individual needs. We except MasterCard and Visa for fastest delivery. We also accept PayPal (e-mail us for details).

After you place your order you will receive an e-mail stating that we received your order. Usually with in 24 hrs you will receive an email with your title screen graphics for your approval. If you have ordred the Custom Announcer Package, ou will receive that information at this time as well. Check the spelling of your name and make sure you like the graphics. These are the same graphics that will appear on your screen during the Intro you have chosen. To make your approval or changes just reply to the e-mail and we will start rendering your order.

Once we have received your approval, there will be no refunds issued. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with identical merchandise.

To Order by Phone

Call 1-800-246-5006 access code 00. The best time to reach us is usually between 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. E.S.T. (but if someone is available they will answer at any time). If you call and get the machine PLEASE leave your name and number. There is a very little time to leave your message, so make it concise. (I already know you are calling about Custom DVDs!)

Email

Email is the best way to reach us with questions. We check the email VERY often, so you will usually get an answer with-in a couple of hours.e-mail us any time with your phone number and when it is a convenient time for us to call you, and we'll get back to you.

CUSTOMHT DVD COMPATIBILITY

Before ordering, please make sure your DVD player is able to play DVD-R discs. 99% of all players will play this disc fine but there are a few out there that will not play DVD-R's so please make sure before ordering. ALL DVD's are completely checked for defects before shipping. Once your DVD has been customized, we can't accept returns because your player isn't compatible.
